The aromas of olive oil and herbs may soon greet Richmond-area customers as they step into an Oil & Vinegar culinary shop. The Netherlands-based company wants to have two stores open in the Richmond area by the end of next year. The company is talking to potential franchise owners to operate the stores and is looking at possible locations.
